TOPIC of this session: Reaching endurable results, by creating the change from within
Our guest speakers Maaike Nooitgedagt & Wendy Nieuwland (from 'Gewoon aan de slag') will inspire us with some concepts from their Change model 3.0 to learn how we can realise change from the inside out?
We will focus on how do certain patterns manifest themselves in the organisation? E.g: pattern = working in silos. Manifestations are: no-one uses the central CRM system but personal Excelsheets. Every department has their own name signs; email signature formats etc. Information is not shared within or between team; everyone decides on their own if they turn camera on or off during online meetings; being late for a meeting is ok-ish. These small elements can learn us a lot about the culture in an organisation.
During this session, we will have several case owners who will sharing some info in breakoutrooms about a certain desired outcome. What's a patterns that they want to change and what would be different? Together we'll explore how we can tweak, adjust or take small actions to change a certain pattern.
At the end of the session, we will share some tips & tricks & the highlights of the different breakoutrooms. And we will also have time to share some good tips, books, TED Talks, websites with each other. The whole purpose is to learn from each other.
